The entire area at the front of the building along Windsor Road is now a clamping zone, any cars parked there will be clamped. This includes the gravel area which Barratt used for thier Sales office.
The curb is not sufficiently dropped for this, it is unsightly, it is getting out of control, it is dangerous to pedestrians when you mount the pavement to get to the grass, it is damaging the grass and causing marking on the land.
This was decided on by a vote at the last residents meeting

The majority of Residents who live in blocks C, D and E (click here to see which block you live in) have access to the onsite gym.

The gym has a good selection of equiptment and is open 24hrs a day. It is secured by double doors that can only be opened using a secure key fob which can be obtained by eligble residents through CPM.

This development has clamping in force and this is managed by Parking Control Managment UK Ltd. Below is a copy of the flyer on display and attached for you to download are the strict procedures they follow to ensure a fair service is provided.
Note - For the bays marked with a V please ensure you give your visitors your visitor's permit otherwise they will be clamped. Visitor spaces are only to be used for a maximum of 24 hours with no return within 24 hours. This is monitored by PCM
