Tuning into the CCTV
The site is equipped with over 40 cameras and if you live in blocks C, D and E you should be able to receive a split view of four cameras most relevant to your flat. These views should comprise of;
- your car parking space
- the front of your bin store
- your nearest bike shed
- the main front door
Tuning In
- Select any spare programme number on your TV
- tune the programme to one of the following channels, 43, 47 or 51 depending on your flat (2 channels may work but only 1 will show all the correct views)
- you will see the four camera views on a single screen
- save this tuning to the selected programme number
- select this programme number to view the activity in any of the monitored areas
If you are experiencing problems with your camera views then you can report this to CPM. The residents Association is currently working on sorting out the CCTV system maintenance so the intial response may not be as quick as you like but we are getting there.
