Secure Car Parking
Most residents have a car parking space located underground, beneath the complex. The car park is secured by a shutter and a comprehensive CCTV network which is regularly monitored and maintained.
There are currently three visitor car parking spaces available to residents who have fobs to activate the shutters and who have been issued with visitor passes which they should ensure thier visitor displays in thier windscreen in plain view for the clamping company to see.
As already mentioned there is parking control in place, including for the visitors area which has a maximum stay allowance of 24hrs with no return within 24hrs.
