Communal Areas
We have a number of great communal areas which are there for residents to enjoy. We have nice gardens, lawn and even outside benches to sit on.
The gardens and other communal areas are maintained by contracted cleaning companies and gardeners whose work always has to meet our high expectations. We do want to point out it is not only up to them to keep the site looking clean and tidy, we ask all residents to take pride in the place they live in and to always try thrown any rubbish you may see into the communal bins placed in various places around the site.
