Initially please log the fault with our managing agents CPM or call Kone on 0800 652 0692 or 08451 999 999 if the issue remains unresolved.
If it is a real emergency and someone is in danger then please do not hesitate to call 999.

What is the paint used inside the flats?
Supermatt Magnolia is the colour, you can use a normal matt white underneath which is cheaper, Barratt contractors use Supermatt white for the undercoat which is more expensive.
Can I get Sky and Sky+ in my flat?
Yes, Sky and Sky + is available in the flats. Every flat is setup with a connection to the communal Sky dish so your installation charges should also be lower than if you were setting it up from new.
Please note that there is a lease agreement in place preventing any new satellite dishes from being installed. Any flats with illegal dishes will be made to take them down in accordance with the lease.
Can I hang my washing off my balcony to dry?
No, this is against the lease agreement and for a good reason. Washing hanging off balconies damages the image of the building which is something we are all constantly working on. This is clearly stated in the lease you signed so it is non negotiable.
How do I replace my car park / gym key fob?
Key fobs can be obtained through our managing agents CPM. Please call thier facilities department on 01992 801096. The replacement fob should cost approximately £60 and proof of address and ID will be required
For security reasons only flat owners can obtain the key fobs, so if you are a tenant you will have to contact your landlord.
What is the gym all about and how do I get access to it?
If you live in Blocks C, D and E then you are most likely paying a gym charge, thus entitling you to use the onsite gym. If you were not issued with a gym key fob then please contact CPM 01992 801096 to obtain one.
Proof of address and ID will be required. For security reasons only flat owners can obtain the key fobs, so if you are a tenant you will have to contact your landlord.
Who do I contact if I need a new car parking permit?

Who can access the underground car park and gym?
Only residents who pay extra service charge for the car park and gym have access to these facilities. Only residents in blocks C, D and E pay a car park fee and as such have access to these facilities.
Block B residents do need to enter the car park briefly to access their bin store but it should not be used as a shortcut or any other purpose other than that.
What sort of CCTV system does this complex have installed?
The site is equipped with over 40 cameras and if you live in blocks C, D and E you should be able to receive a split view of four cameras most relevant to your flat. These views should comprise of your car parking space, the front of your bin store, your nearest bike shed and the main front door.
