Residents' Association

The main aim of the Aspects Residents Association is to build a positive community in the Aspects Court building complex to ensure the safety and well-being for the occupying community. As a member of our Aspects Court community you will understand the impact of any anti-social behaviour criminal activity on residential developments and the people who live at the site. Untold physical and perception damage can be caused, as well as a lot of worry and concern for owners and residents. Therefore, collectively we will ensure that the following is acted upon and kept to a minimum;

  • Burglaries
  • Criminal damage in communal areas
  • Anti-social behaviour around the site

In response we are already working with PC Andy Moore and his colleagues from Thames Valley Police. All of us need to co-operate with the Police to take steps to protect Aspects Court, but we need your help. Please keep on the look out for any suspicious activity, people or vehicles. Take a note of descriptions and registration numbers and report anything suspicious to the Police immediately. The number to ring is 0845 8 505 505, or 999 if a crime is in progress. We actively encourage residents to join the Aspects Court Residents Association. Please email your experiences, views and comments of Aspects Court, Windsor Road to info@aspectscourt.com.

In addition, we will also be liaising with Barratt to ensure that all the many key outstanding snagging items are completed to a satisfactorily standard. We will also be working with CPM to ensure the site is maintained to a good standard in an efficient and cost effective way. Thank you for your support and look forward to your comments and views. Together we can make a big difference.
